Anyone else read every. single. one. of these bad boys when you were a kid? Last year I wrote a donorschoose.org proposal to get a huge set of these books for my class library! My kiddos love them as much as I used to.
What is a long forgotten series of books you've revived (or want to revive) for your own class library?

OMG. I know you won't be so excited about this, but some of my girls loved Babysitter's Club this past year, and so did I when I was their age (and through middle school). I have tried getting a few of those when I see them to add to my library. :)

I am right along with Jivey! I LOVED the Babysitter's club. I have a huge set in my classroom library but they went untouched this past school year! When I was younger I had a BSC member card, and the book mark I use to this day is a BSC bookmark haha ;)
ReplyDeleteGreat Post!

I read a few of those Choose Your Own, but I always ended up cheating and going back to change a decision when I died. I was all about the Hardy Boys in school. I've got some of them in my room and even added a few of the updated graphic novels which are kinda of fun. Thanks for the throwback!
ReplyDeleteI loved those books! But I always ended up in the Volcano of Lava. Seems to be true in life now as well. I guess they are great predictors of impulsivity...
